Public Lands Preservation Act Status and Action Needed


Senate passage 

The Massachusetts Senate passed the PLPA on November 15, 2007.
 
The bill has a new number, S. 2388.
 
Next step  -  On to the House
 
The PLPA has been referred to the House Committee on Ways and Means.

 

You need to contact your State Representative and ask him or her to support the PLPA and specifically to ask Chairman Robert A. DeLeo of the House Committee on Ways and Means to report out the bill favorably and ASAP.
